Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on April 15, 2019, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room 14, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Department of Correction will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to allow community corrections programs to deprive earned good time credit for violations of the rules or requirements, or both, of the program.

The proposed rule would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
