Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on April 5, 2019, at 9:30 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room 7, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule concerning driving instructor education requirements and issuance of behind-the-wheel driver education forms.

Justification Statement: The rule change is required due to updates to the current industry standard. The proposed rule amendments would impose minimal additional requirements and costs to driver's education schools in complying with this rule. Copies of any justification data (referenced data, studies, or analyses) are now on file with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles and available to be inspected and copied at the Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N404 pursuant to IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
