Under IC 4-22-2-23.1, notice is hereby given that the public comment period for the proposed rule, amending 105 IAC 7-1 and 105 IAC 7-2, repealing 105 IAC 7-3, and adding 105 IAC 7-4 to comply with federal laws, rules, and regulations, to reduce uncertainty in the current statutory language by providing standards and guidelines to the Indiana Department of Transportation and the outdoor advertising industry and to minimize noncompliance by the outdoor advertising industry with federal and state law, is hereby extended. Written comments from the public will be accepted if received by February 8, 2019. Comments should be addressed to the Indiana Department of Transportation, Attention: Monica Hartke-Tarr, 100 North Senate Avenue, IGCN 730, Indianapolis, IN 46204.
