TITLE 876 INDIANA REAL ESTATE COMMISSION

Under
IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:
(1) In
876 IAC 8-1-1(a), in the first sentence, delete "an individual" and insert "a managing".
(2) In
876 IAC 8-1-1(a), at the end of the first sentence, before ".", insert "as provided for in
IC 25-34.1 and this title".
(4) In
876 IAC 8-1-1(a), in the second through fifth sentences, delete "individual" in all five places it appears and insert "managing".
(5) In
876 IAC 8-1-1(b), delete "individual" both times it appears and insert "managing".
(6) In
876 IAC 8-1-1(c), delete "individual" and insert "managing".
(7) In
876 IAC 8-1-3(b), delete "individual" and insert "managing".
(8) In
876 IAC 8-1-3(c), delete "designated individual" and insert "managing".
(9) In
876 IAC 8-1-4(c), delete "designated individual" and insert "managing".
(10) In
876 IAC 8-1-4(d), delete "individual" and insert "managing".
