IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on January 3, 2019, at 1:00 p.m., eastern standard time, at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Conference Room D, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Veterans' Affairs Commission will hold a public hearing to add a new rule to Title 915 of the Indiana Administrative Code. The purpose of this new rule is to establish criteria and procedures utilized by the Indiana Veterans' Affairs Commission in the administration of the Military Family Relief Fund.
915 IAC 3 sets forth criteria used in determining applicant eligibility, hardship considerations, the applicant's financial need, and the applicant's rights to appeal under the Indiana Administrative Orders and Procedures Act.
