TITLE 312 NATURAL RESOURCES COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Natural Resources Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 312 IAC 18-3-23 to add two plants, Nitellopsis obtusa (starry stonewort) and Stratiotes aloides (water soldier), to the published list of prohibited invasive aquatic plants. Repeals 312 IAC 18-3-21.
