(3) In SECTION 1(e)(3) [SECTION 1(e)(3)(A)], delete "their" and insert "its".
(4) In SECTION 1(g), insert "do the following" after "a family member shall".
(5) In SECTION 1(g)(4), delete "which" and insert "that".
(6) In SECTION 2(a), delete "their" and insert "its".
(7) In SECTION 2(c), insert "and shall be organized as follows" after "consistent with NCQA standards".
