Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on August 20, 2018, at 1:30 p.m., eastern daylight time, at the PNC Center, 101 West Washington Street, IURC Conference Center, Judicial Courtroom 222, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule (RM #15-06) to amend the IURC's administrative rules regarding integrated resource plans and energy efficiency plans.

The proposed rules will update the IURC's rules requiring electric utilities to prepare and submit integrated resource plans, energy efficiency plans, and demand response programs. The costs of the proposed rule already exist under existing law. The proposed rule may result in savings based on the need to submit plans less frequently than previously required.

Copies of any justification data (referenced data, studies, or analyses) are now on file with the Commission and available to be inspected and copied at the PNC Center, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 1500 East, Indianapolis, Indiana.
