Temporarily adds a noncode provision to amend
312 IAC 5-9-2(b) to renew restrictions on the operation of boats at greater than idle speed at specified locations of Geist Reservoir in Hamilton County, Marion County, and Hancock County established by LSA Document #17-343(E), posted at
20170726-IR-312170343ERA. Effective July 24, 2018.
SECTION 1. A person must not operate a boat at greater than idle speed in an area known as Juice Box Cove which is an embayment located east and southeasterly from a line extended shoreline to shoreline beginning at a point described as latitude 39° 56' 38.23" north and longitude 85° 55' 52.39" west; and extending southwesterly to a point described as latitude 39° 56' 37.33" north and longitude 85° 55' 53.61" west.
SECTION 2. This document expires on July 23, 2019.
