Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:
(1) In 410 IAC 38-1-1(1), delete "318 IAC 1-2-18" and insert "410 IAC 38-2-18".
(2) In 410 IAC 38-2-4, delete "318 IAC 1-5" and insert "410 IAC 38-5".
(3) In 410 IAC 38-2-6(1), delete "318 IAC 1-5" and insert "410 IAC 38-5".
(4) In 410 IAC 38-2-6(2), delete "318 IAC 1-6" and insert "410 IAC 38-6".
(5) In 410 IAC 38-2-7, delete "IC 13-11-2-35" and insert "IC 16-18-2-340".
(6) In 410 IAC 38-2-8(e), delete "318 IAC 1-5-9" and insert "410 IAC 38-5-9".
(7) In 410 IAC 38-2-8(e), delete "318 IAC 1-6-2" and insert "410 IAC 38-6-2".
(8) In 410 IAC 38-2-10(1), delete "318 IAC 1-5-2" and insert "410 IAC 38-5-2".
(9) In 410 IAC 38-2-10(2), delete "318 IAC 1-5-4" and insert "410 IAC 38-5-4".
(10) In 410 IAC 38-2-11, delete "IC 13-11-2-51 and means the department of environmental management" and insert "means the Indiana state department of health".
(11) In 410 IAC 38-2-14(a), delete "318 IAC 1-5-2" and insert "410 IAC 38-5-2".
(12) In 410 IAC 38-2-14(a), delete "318 IAC 1-5" and insert "410 IAC 38-5".
(13) In 410 IAC 38-2-21, delete "318 IAC 1-5-1" and insert "410 IAC 38-5-1".
(14) In 410 IAC 38-3-3, delete "318 IAC 1-5-1" and insert "410 IAC 38-5-1".
(15) In 410 IAC 38-3-5 [410 IAC 38-3-5(b)], delete "318 IAC 1-5-9" and insert "410 IAC 38-5-9".
(16) In 410 IAC 38-4-1(a), delete "318 IAC 1-5-9" and insert "410 IAC 38-5-9".
(17) In 410 IAC 38-4-3(b), delete "Department of Environmental Management, Office of Land Quality, Remediation Services Branch, Room 1101" and insert "State Department of Health, Environmental Public Health, Room N855".
(18) In 410 IAC 38-4-4(d)(1), delete "Department of Environmental Management, Office of Land Quality, Remediation Services Branch, Room 1101" and insert "State Department of Health, Environmental Public Health, Room N855".
(19) In 410 IAC 38-4-4(d)(2), delete "(317) 232-4535 or toll-free at (800) 451-6027" and insert "(317) 233-7173".
(20) In 410 IAC 38-4-4(d)(3), delete "http://www.in.gov/idem/" and insert "http://www.in.gov/isdh/".
(21) In 410 IAC 38-5-1(4)(B), delete "Office of Primary Care, 2 North Meridian Street, Section 3A" and insert "Environmental Public Health, Room N855, 100 North Senate Avenue".
(22) In 410 IAC 38-5-1(4), delete clause (C).
(23) In 410 IAC 38-5-9(b)(2)(B), delete "Office of Primary Care, 2 North Meridian Street, Section 3A" and insert "Environmental Public Health, Room N855, 100 North Senate Avenue".
(24) In 410 IAC 38-5-9(b)(2), delete clause (C).
(25) In 410 IAC 38-6-3(2), delete "Office of Primary Care, 2 North Meridian Street, Section 3A" and insert "Environmental Public Health, Room N855, 100 North Senate Avenue".
(26) In 410 IAC 38-6-3, delete subdivision (3).
