TITLE 329 SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT DIVISION

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:

(1) In 329 IAC 9-1-21, delete "Indiana department of fire and building services." and insert "division of fire and building safety, Indiana department of homeland security.".

(2) In 329 IAC 9-5-2, delete "329 IAC 9-4-3" and insert "40 CFR 280.52".

(3) In 329 IAC 9-5-2(1)(B) [329 IAC 9-5-2(1)], delete the text of clause (B).

(4) In 329 IAC 9-5-2(1)(C), delete "LeakingUST@dem.state.in.us" and insert "LeakingUST@idem.in.gov", and redesignate clause (C) to clause (B).

(5) In 329 IAC 9-5-3.2(a)(5), delete "329 IAC 9-4-3(2)" and insert "40 CFR 280.52(b)".

(6) In 329 IAC 9-5-5.1(b)(2)(A)(vii), delete "under rules of the water pollution control board".

(7) In 329 IAC 9-5-6(a)(4), delete "sections 1, 2, 3.1, 4.1, and 5.1" and insert "sections 1, 2, 3.2, 4.2, and 5.1".

(8) In 329 IAC 9-5-7(b)(5)(D), delete "under rules of the water pollution control board".

(9) In 329 IAC 9-8-1(d), delete "329 IAC 9-1-1(b) or 329 IAC 9-1-1(c)." and insert "40 CFR 280.10(b), (c)(1), (c)(3), or (c)(4).".

(10) In 329 IAC 9-8-3(h) [329 IAC 9-8-3(h)(1)], delete "(EPA)" and insert "(U.S. EPA)".

(11) In 329 IAC 9-8-5(b)(1), delete "section 7 or 11(c)(8)" and insert "section 7 or 11(c)(7)".

(12) In 329 IAC 9-8-6, [in all eleven (11) places it appears] delete "EPA" and insert "U.S. EPA".

(13) In 329 IAC 9-8-22(a)(1)(B)(ii), delete "329 IAC 9-4" and insert "40 CFR 280.50, 329 IAC 9-4-4,".

(14) In 329 IAC 9-8-22(b)(1), delete "329 IAC 9-4" and insert "40 CFR 280.50 through 40 CFR 280.52, 329 IAC 9-4-4,".
