TITLE 856 INDIANA BOARD OF PHARMACY

Temporarily amends 856 IAC 2-2-2 to add synthetic drug compounds to Schedule I, II, and V. Statutory authority: IC 25-26-13-4.1. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.

SECTION 1. (a) This SECTION is supplemental to 856 IAC 2-2-2.

(b) Unless specifically excepted or unless listed in another schedule, any material compound, mixture, or preparation, which contains any quantity of the following synthetic drugs, or which contains any of its salts, isomers, and salts of isomers, whenever the existence of such salts, isomers, and salts of isomers is possible within the specific chemical designation (for purposes of this subsection only, "isomer" includes the optical, position and geometric isomers):

(1) 4-fluoroisobutyryl fentanyl.

(2) methyl 2-(1-(5-fluoropentyl)-1H-indazole-3-carboxamido)-3,3-dimethylbutanoate [5F-ADB; 5F-MDMB-PINACA].

(3) methyl 2-(1-(5-fluoropentyl)-1H-indazole-3-carboxamido)-3-methylbutanoate [5F-AMB].

(4) N-(1-amino-3,3-dimethyl-1-oxobutan-2-yl)-1-(4-fluorobenzyl)-1H-indazole-3-carboxamide [ADB-FUBINACA].

(5) N-(adamantan-1-yl)-1-(5-fluoropentyl)-1H-indazole-3-carboxamide [5F-APINACA, 5F-AKB48].

(6) methyl 2-(1-(cyclohexylmethyl)-1H-indole-3-carboxamido)-3,3-dimethylbutanoate [MDMB-CHMICA, MMB-CHMINACA].

(7) methyl 2-(1-(4-fluorobenzyl)-1H-indazole-3-carboxamido)-3,3-dimethylbutanoate [MDMB-FUBINACA].

(8) N-(1-amino-3,3-dimethyl-1-oxobutan-2-yl)-1-(cyclohexylmethyl)-1 H-indazole-3-carboxamide [MAB-CHMINACA and ADB-CHMINACA].

(9) Methyl 2-(1-(4-fluorobenzyl)-1H-indazole-3-carboxamido)-3-methylbutanoate [FUB-AMB, MMB-FUBINACA, AMB-FUBINACA].

(10) 3,4-dichloro-N-[(1dimethylamino)cyclohexylmethyl]benzamide) [AH7921].

(11) N-(1-phenethylpiperidin-4-yl)-N-phenylbutyramide, also known as N-(1-phenethylpiperidin-4-yl)-N-phenylbutanamide, (butyryl fentanyl).

(12) N-[1-[2-hydroxy-2-(thiophen-2-yl)ethyl]piperidin-4-yl]-N-phenylpropionamide, also known as N-[1-[2-hydroxy-2-(2-thienyl)ethyl]-4-piperidinyl]-N-phenylpropanamide, (beta-hydroxythiofentanyl).

(13) Furanyl fentanyl.

SECTION 2. (a) This SECTION is supplemental to 856 IAC 2-2-3.

(b) Unless specifically excepted or unless listed in another schedule, any of the following opiates, including its isomers, esters, ethers, salts and salts of isomers, esters and ethers whenever the existence of such isomers, esters, ethers, and salts is possible within the specific chemical designation:

Thiafentanil.

SECTION 3. (a) This SECTION is supplemental to 856 IAC 2-2-6.

(b) Brivaracetam ((2S)-2-[(4R)-2-oxo-4-propylpyrrolidin-1-yl] butanamide)).
