Notice of Public Hearing
Under
IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on
July 5, 2018, at
9:00 a.m., at the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana State Department of Health will hold a public hearing on the proposed addition of
410 IAC 37 to implement the grants for veterans' services concerning hyperbaric oxygen treatment.
The Indiana State Department of Health has the authority to adopt this rule under
IC 10-17-13.5-6. This rule will not impose any additional requirements or costs under
IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
