Amends 170 IAC 5-3-0.6 regarding adoption of the gas pipeline safety regulations of the United States Department of Transportation contained in 49 CFR Parts 40, 191, 192, 193, 194, 195, 198, and 199. Effective 30 days after filing with the Publisher.

SECTION 1. 170 IAC 5-3-0.6 IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:

Sec. 0.6. The commission hereby adopts the gas pipeline safety regulations of the United States Department of Transportation contained in 49 CFR Parts 40, 191, 192, 193, 194, 195, 198, and 199, as of March 1, 2016, June 1, 2017, as augmented by the Indiana specific regulations found in section 2 of this rule.
