Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on July 6, 2018, at 10:30 a.m., eastern daylight saving time, at the PNC Center, 101 West Washington Street, IURC Conference Center, Judicial Courtroom 224, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule (RM #17-02) to amend the IURC's minimum pipeline safety standards.

The proposed rule amends Indiana's minimum pipeline safety standards, found in 170 IAC 5-3, to incorporate by reference recently enacted applicable federal pipeline safety standards through June 1, 2017. The proposed rule imposes no additional cost on a regulated entity.

Copies of any justification data (referenced data, studies, or analyses) are now on file with the Commission and available to be inspected and copied at the PNC Center, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 1500 East, Indianapolis, Indiana.
