Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on June 15, 2018, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana State Department of Health will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 410 IAC 3-3 to update the list of disorders screened for as part of the newborn screening program, to change the time period for specimen collection, to add requirements for newborn pulse oximetry measurement, and to update the newborn screening fee.

The Indiana State Department of Health has the authority to adopt this rule under IC 16-41-17-9. This rule will not impose any additional requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
