Temporarily amends 326 IAC 1-4-16 to add the federal redesignation for Lawrenceburg Township in Dearborn County to attainment of the 2008 8-hour ozone standard. Statutory authority: IC 13-14-8-1. NOTE: The original emergency document, LSA Document #18-59(E), posted at 20180117-IR-326180059ERA, effective January 12, 2018, expired April 12, 2018. Effective April 12, 2018.
(b) The following attainment status designations are applicable to Dearborn County:

PM2.5 | Unclassifiable or attainment effective April 15, 2015, for the 2012 annual PM2.5 standard. |
PM2.5 | Unclassifiable or attainment effective December 13, 2009, for the 2006 24-hour PM2.5 standard. |
PM10 | Unclassifiable effective November 15, 1990. |
NO2 | Unclassifiable or attainment effective January 29, 2012, for the 2010 NO2 standard. |
Pb | Unclassifiable or attainment effective December 31, 2011, for the 2008 lead standard. |

SECTION 2. A variance request from the requirements of this document shall be made in accordance with IC 13-14-8-8.
SECTION 3. This document expires on the effective date of LSA Document #17-432, or 90 days after filing with the Publisher, whichever takes place first.
