TITLE 511 INDIANA STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Board of Education intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 511 IAC 7 (Special Education) to update the regulatory language as well as implement recently enacted legislation. Statutory authority: IC 20-19-2-8; IC 20-19-2-16; IC 20-43-7-9; IC 20-51-4-4.6.
