TITLE 170 INDIANA UTILITY REGULATORY COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 170 IAC 4-7 to update the commission's rule requiring electric utilities to prepare and submit integrated resource plans. Amends 170 IAC 4-8 to update the commission's rule regarding utilities' energy efficiency plans and demand response programs. Questions concerning the proposed rule may be addressed to the Small Business Regulatory Coordinator for this rule. Statutory authority: IC 8-1-8.5.
