Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on April 9, 2018, at 9:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room 6, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule that deletes a restriction prohibiting a person who has been an instructor or owner of a school offering motorcycle instruction for a fee from administering an operational skills test to an applicant who was a student of such school.

The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
