TITLE 405 OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF FAMILY AND SOCIAL SERVICES

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:

(1) In 405 IAC 10-2-1(20), delete "405 IAC 10-10-3(b)" and insert "405 IAC 10-10-3(c)".

(2) In 405 IAC 10-4-5(b), after "(133%)" insert "of the".

(3) In 405 IAC 10-4-5(c), after "(100%)" insert "of the".

(4) In 405 IAC 10-4-5(e), after "(185%)" insert "of the".

(5) In 405 IAC 10-4-5(f), after "(133%)" insert "of the".

(6) In 405 IAC 10-4-6(b)(2), delete "405 IAC 10-10-3(b)" and insert "405 IAC 10-10-3(c)".

(7) In 405 IAC 10-4-9(e)(2)(B), delete "subsection (g)" and insert "subsection (h)".

(8) In 405 IAC 10-4-9(e)(4)(B), delete "subsection (g)" and insert "subsection (h)".

(9) In 405 IAC 10-4-11(b), delete "405 IAC 10-10-3(b)" and insert "405 IAC 10-10-3(c)".

(10) In 405 IAC 10-6-1(h), delete "405 IAC 10-2-1(29)" and insert "405 IAC 10-2-1(30)".

(11) In 405 IAC 10-7-6(d)(2), delete "405 IAC 10-10-3(b)" and insert "405 IAC 10-10-3(c)".

(12) In 405 IAC 10-7-9(a), delete "Except as provided under subsection (g), a" and insert "A".

(13) In 405 IAC 10-7-9(b)(3), delete "405 IAC 10-10-3(f)" and insert "405 IAC 10-10-3(g)".

(14) In 405 IAC 10-8-1(a)(3), delete "405 IAC 10-10-3(b)" and insert "405 IAC 10-10-3(c)".

(15) In 405 IAC 10-9-5(b), delete "(3) To a member described in 405 IAC 10-4-4(e) who:

(A) did not gain coverage through presumptive eligibility as set forth at 405 IAC 10-4-11;

(B) received a covered service no later than ninety (90) days prior to the date the member was determined eligible for the plan by the division; and

(C) had a claim submitted on the member's behalf by a provider seeking reimbursement for the service identified in clause (B).".

(16) In 405 IAC 10-9-5(c), delete "405 IAC 10-2-1(37)" and insert "405 IAC 10-2-1(38)".

(17) In 405 IAC 10-9-6(3), delete "405 IAC 10-10-3(b)" and insert "405 IAC 10-10-3(c)".

(18) In 405 IAC 10-10-3(a), delete "subsection (g)" and insert "subsection (h)".
