TITLE 312 NATURAL RESOURCES COMMISSION

Agency Correction
LSA Document #18-68(AC)


Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following inaccurate references in the Indiana Administrative Code:
(1) In 312 IAC 17-1-9, delete "312 IAC 16" and insert "312 IAC 29".
(2) In 312 IAC 17-2-1(9), delete "means an aquifer, other than an aquifer exempted under 312 IAC 16-5-8, which presently supplies fresh water to any user or which contains a sufficient quantity of fresh water to supply a future user" and insert "has the meaning set forth in 312 IAC 29-2-131".
(3) In 312 IAC 17-2-15(i), delete "312 IAC 16-5-5" and insert "312 IAC 29-17-1 and 312 IAC 29-17-2".
