Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:
(1) In 35 IAC 1.2-1-5(b)(6), after "member with letters", delete "of".
(2) In 35 IAC 1.2-5-5(b), delete "donversion" and insert "conversion".
(3) In 35 IAC 1.2-5-26(b), after "effect as of the", delete "the".
(4) In 35 IAC 1.3-3-1(i), delete "subdivisions" and insert "subdivision".
(5) In 35 IAC 2-3-1, delete "chapter" and insert "article" in both places.
(6) In 35 IAC 14-4-4(e), delete "estate".
(7) In 35 IAC 15-1-1(f), delete "distribute" and insert "contribution account".
(8) In 35 IAC 20-1-7, delete "therefore" and insert "therefor".
(9) In 35 IAC 21-1-1(c), after "described", insert "in".
