DIGEST

Temporarily repeals 760 IAC 1-15.1-3.1 regarding exemptions for insurers subject to registration under IC 27-1-23-3. Statutory authority: IC 27-1-23-7. Effective December 31, 2017.


SECTION 1. (a) This SECTION supersedes 760 IAC 1-15.1-3.1.

(b) 760 IAC 1-15.1-3.1 IS TEMPORARILY REPEALED.
