Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on December 8, 2017, at 12:00 p.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Room 22, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute will hold a public hearing on proposed rules to certify ignition interlock service centers and technicians.

The proposed rules require each technician pay a $75 application fee and a $35 renewal fee. Each service center must maintain minimum insurance requirements in the amounts of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in aggregate as well as pay a $700 application fee and a $250 renewal fee.

The proposed rule and any data, studies, or analyses referenced in a justification of requirements or costs on regulated entities are available to be inspected and copied at the office of the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute, 101 West Washington Street, Suite 1170 – East Tower, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
