Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on November 9, 2017, at 2:00 p.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 402 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room 5, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Bureau of Motor Vehicles will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule that deletes the prohibition that an instructor of a driver's education program cannot give the driving skills test to the instructor's students.

The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
