TITLE 327 WATER POLLUTION CONTROL DIVISION Agency Correction LSA Document #17-437(AC) Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code: (1) In 327 IAC 2-1-9(42)(B), delete "327 IAC 5-2-4(a)(4)" and insert "327 IAC 5-2-1.8". (2) In 327 IAC 5-1.5-40(b), delete "327 IAC 5-2-4(a)(4)" and insert "327 IAC 5-2-1.8". (3) In 327 IAC 5-2-1.8(6), delete "10(e)" and insert "10(a)(4)". (4) In 327 IAC 5-2-2, delete "327 IAC 5-2-4" and insert "327 IAC 5-2-1.8 [section 1.8 of this rule]". (5) In 327 IAC 5-2-11(b), delete "10(7)(B)" and insert "10(a)(7)(B)". (6) In 327 IAC 5-2-12.1(c)(1), delete "10(11)" and insert "10(a)(11)". (7) In 327 IAC 5-2-12.1(c)(4)(A), delete "10(11)(B) and 10(11)(C)" and insert "10(a)(11)(B) and 10(a)(11)(C)". (8) In 327 IAC 5-3-8(b)(5)(C), delete "327 IAC 5-2-10(6)" and insert "327 IAC 5-2-10(a)(5)". (9) In 327 IAC 5-3-8(b)(5)(D), delete "327 IAC 5-2-10(11)" and insert "327 IAC 5-2-10(a)(11)". (10) In 327 IAC 5-10-1, delete "327 IAC 5-2-10(e)" and insert "327 IAC 5-2-10(a)(4)". (11) In 327 IAC 5-18-4(a)(2), delete "section 10 of this rule" and insert "327 IAC 5-2-1.5". (12) In 327 IAC 8-10-7(b), delete "675 IAC 1.4" and insert "675 IAC 16".
