Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on October 13, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Conference Center Room 6, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Office of Attorney General for the State will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to the tort claim form rule, 10 IAC 3-2-1.

The proposed rule amendment will not impose costs or requirements under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

The proposed rule is available to be inspected and copied at the Office of the Attorney General, Indiana Government Center South, 5th Floor, 302 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana.
