TITLE 470 DIVISION OF FAMILY RESOURCES

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following inaccurate reference to a rule with an accurate reference as the result of the rearrangement of a rule under a different citation number in the Indiana Administrative Code:

(1) In 470 IAC 3-4.7-1(56), delete "410 IAC 7-20-59" and insert "410 IAC 7-24-66".

(2) In 470 IAC 3-4.7-83(b), delete "410 IAC 7-20" and insert "410 IAC 7-24-187(a)".

(3) In 470 IAC 3-4.7-83(g), delete "410 IAC 7-20" and insert "410 IAC 7-24-193(a)(1)".

(4) In 470 IAC 3-4.7-116(a), delete "410 IAC 7-20" and insert "410 IAC 7-24".

(5) In 470 IAC 3-4.7-116(a), at the end of the subsection add "Any reference to a noncritical item in 410 IAC 7-24 does not apply to this rule.".

(6) In 470 IAC 3-4.7-116(c), delete "410 IAC 7-20" and insert "410 IAC 7-24-399, 410 IAC 7-24-407 through 410 IAC 7-24-409,".

(7) In 470 IAC 3-4.7-116(c), at the end of the subsection add "Any reference to a noncritical item in 410 IAC 7-24-399 and 410 IAC 7-24-407 through 410 IAC 7-24-409 does not apply to this rule.".

(8) In 470 IAC 3-4.7-116(l), delete "410 IAC 7-20" and insert "410 IAC 7-24-277 through 410 IAC 7-24-287".

(9) In 470 IAC 3-4.7-116(l), at the end of the subsection add "Any reference to a noncritical item in 410 IAC 7-24-277 through 410 IAC 7-24-287 does not apply to this rule.".

(10) In 470 IAC 3-4.7-117(c), delete "410 IAC 7-20" and insert "410 IAC 7-24-270 through 410 IAC 7-24-276".

(11) In 470 IAC 3-4.7-117(c), at the end of the subsection add "Any reference to a noncritical item in 410 IAC 7-24-270 through 410 IAC 7-24-276 does not apply to this rule.".

(12) In 470 IAC 3-4.7-138(f), delete ", and in compliance with 410 IAC 7-20 concerning food service sanitation requirements".

(13) In 470 IAC 3-4.7-138(f), before "away from food.", insert "and".
