Temporarily adds a noncode provision to amend
312 IAC 5-9-2(b), which establishes restrictions on the operation of boats at greater than idle speed at specified locations of Geist Reservoir in Hamilton County, Marion County, and Hancock County. Effective July 24, 2017.
SECTION 1. A person must not operate a boat at greater than idle speed in an area known as Juice Box Cove, which is an embayment located east and southeasterly from a line extended shoreline to shoreline beginning at a point described as latitude 39° 56' 38.23" north and longitude 85° 55' 52.39" west; and extending southwesterly to a point described as latitude 39° 56' 37.33" north and longitude 85° 55' 53.61" west.
