TITLE 105 INDIANA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Department of Transportation intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 105 IAC 7-4 to comply with the federal laws, rules, and regulations to reduce uncertainty in the current statutory language by providing standards and guidelines to the Indiana Department of Transportation and the outdoor advertising industry, and to minimize noncompliance by the outdoor advertising industry with federal and state law. Repeals 105 IAC 7-3. Statutory authority: IC 8-23-2-6; IC 8-23-20.
