Temporarily amends
312 IAC 4-5-4 to increase the years of service before a conservation officer is eligible for promotion. Effective May 31, 2017.
(b) Unless an exception is made by the division director, with the approval of the director, a conservation officer is ineligible for promotion until the conservation officer completes at least five (5) years of service with the division.
SECTION 2. This document takes effect May 31, 2017.
SECTION 3. This document expires on the effective date of LSA Document #16-531(F).
