TITLE 205 INDIANA CRIMINAL JUSTICE INSTITUTE

Notice of Intent to Adopt a Rule

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 205 IAC 4 to establish and implement regulations for ignition interlock service centers and installation technicians, the installation of ignition interlock devices, requirements for the removal of an ignition interlock device, and administrative procedures for the denial, suspension, or revocation of a certification.
