Notice of Public Hearing
Under
IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on April 26, 2017, at 9:30 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N501, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Natural Resources Commission will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to increase the years of service from three years to five years before a conservation officer is eligible for promotion.
IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3) Justification Statement: The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs under
IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
