Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on March 16, 2017, at 9:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Conference Room 5, Indianapolis, Indiana, the Department of State Revenue will hold a public hearing on a proposed rule to add 45 IAC 3.1-4 concerning administration, tax rates, defining income subject to tax, exemptions, treatment of married individuals, duration of tax, determining the county of residence, determining the principal place of business or employment, reciprocity agreements, and credit for taxes paid to out-of-state local governments.

The proposed rule does not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
