DIGEST
Temporarily adds noncode provisions regarding the information required on a certificate of registration. Statutory authority: P.L.198-2016, SECTION 686. Effective December 29, 2016.
SECTION 1. A vehicle's certificate of registration shall contain at least the following information:
(1) The name and address of the person leasing the vehicle or who owns the vehicle.
(2) The license plate number assigned to the vehicle.
(3) The make and model of the vehicle.
(4) The dates for which the registration of the vehicle is valid.
SECTION 2. (a) This document takes effect December 29, 2016.
(b) This document expires March 29, 2017.
