Temporarily adds provisions concerning the expedited licensure process for military spouses. Statutory authority:
IC 25-1-17-11. Effective December 7, 2016.
SECTION 1. If the spouse of a military service member, whose wife or husband is assigned to a duty station in Indiana, submits an application for license, certification, registration, or permit, and is a qualified applicant pursuant to applicable statutory and administrative licensure requirements, the board shall expedite the processing of such application and issue the license, certification, registration, or permit as soon as practicable.
SECTION 2. Any qualified applicant seeking expedited licensure pursuant to this SECTION shall submit proof of their spouse's military service at a duty station in Indiana and proof of marriage with the application.
