TITLE 312 NATURAL RESOURCES COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Natural Resources Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 312 IAC 8-2-5 to allow the possession or consumption of an alcoholic beverage at Indiana Dunes State Park as authorized by IC 7.1-3-17.8.
