TITLE 460 DIVISION OF DISABILITY AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES

Under IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:

(1) In 460 IAC 14-2-4(2), delete "any of the".

(2) In 460 IAC 14-3-1(48), delete "outcomes" and insert "outcome".

(3) In 460 IAC 14-3-1(56), delete "order of" before "priority".

(4) In 460 IAC 14-5-2(6), delete "the".

(5) In 460 IAC 14-5-7(2), delete "and" and insert "or".

(6) In 460 IAC 14-7-3(a), insert "existing" before "data".

(7) In 460 IAC 14-7-3(b), insert "existing" before "data".

(8) In 460 IAC 14-7-9(a), delete "an" before "incarcerated" and insert "is" before "a released correctional system inmate".

(9) In 460 IAC 14-8-1(b)(3), insert "determined" before "to cause".

(10) In 460 IAC 14-9-3(b), insert "the" before "implementation date".

(11) In 460 IAC 14-11-2(a)(5), delete "servicyes" and insert "services".

(12) In 460 IAC 14-16-3(c), delete "meets" and insert "meet".

(13) In 460 IAC 14-16-9(b)(2), insert "a" before "determination".

(14) In 460 IAC 14-19-4(b), delete "modifications" and insert "modification".

(15) In 460 IAC 14-19-6(c), delete "recommend" and insert "recommended".
