TITLE 511 INDIANA STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Board of Education intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 511 IAC to govern the operation of virtual charter schools. Statutory authority: IC 20-19-2-8; IC 20-24-7-13.
