The above changes remove duplicative and obsolete language to simplify and streamline the IAC. In addition, the above changes ensure conformity with the Indiana Code relating to ethics rules. Based on the Commission's experience, the Commission estimates the implementation of the proposed rule will have no fiscal impact and no effect on expenditures.
