Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on July 11, 2016, at 2:00 p.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, Conference Room 1, 302 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana the Indiana Grain Indemnity Corporation-Indiana State Department of Agriculture will hold a public hearing on proposed rules to amend 825 IAC 1-3-2 to reflect a 2010 statutory change no longer requiring registration of grain buyers in Indiana.

The proposed rule would not impose requirements or costs under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana State Department of Agriculture, One North Capitol Avenue, Suite 600 and Legislative Services Agency, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
