Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on July 11, 2016, at 2:00 p.m., at the Indiana Government Center South, Conference Room 1, 302 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana the Indiana Grain Buyers and Warehouse Licensing Agency-Indiana State Department of Agriculture will hold a public hearing on proposed rules to 824 IAC 2 concerning the Indiana grain buyers and warehouse licensing agency.

The proposed rule may have an estimated economic impact of $14,600, which is calculated from the number of additional grain facilities in the state multiplied by the statutorily required fee increase to $250 for each additional facility. This increase, to be reflected in the rule, is required by HEA 1549 (P.L.60-2015).

Copies of these rules are now on file at the Indiana State Department of Agriculture, One North Capitol Avenue, Suite 600 and Legislative Services Agency, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N201, Indianapolis, Indiana and are open for public inspection.
