TITLE 410 INDIANA STATE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Indiana State Department of Health intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Amends 410 IAC 17-12-2 to change the notice period home health agencies must provide when the agency will no longer be providing services to a patient from five calendar days to 15 calendar days. Written comments may be submitted to the Indiana State Department of Health, 2 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Statutory authority: IC 16-27-1-7.

Resources available to regulated entities through the small business ombudsman include the ombudsman's duties stated in IC 4-4-35-8, specifically IC 4-4-35-8(9), investigating and attempting to resolve any matter regarding compliance by a small business with a law, rule, or policy administered by a state agency, either as a party to a proceeding or as a mediator.
