IC 4-22-2-38, corrects the following typographical, clerical, or spelling errors in the Indiana Administrative Code:
In
405 IAC 5-22-12(h), after "shall not exceed
[a period of] forty (40) hours per week.", insert "Additional ABA therapy services must be medically necessary and requires prior authorization.".
