Under IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on January 4, 2016, at 9:00 a.m., at the Indiana Government Center North, 100 North Senate Avenue, Room N501, Indianapolis, Indiana the Natural Resources Commission will hold a public hearing on proposed amendments to 312 IAC 4-5-2 to clarify that a conservation officer applicant's four years of full-time active duty United States military service with honorable discharge satisfies as a prerequisite.

IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3) Justification Statement: The proposed rule amendments would not impose requirements or costs to regulated entities under IC 4-22-2-24(d)(3).
