TITLE 844 MEDICAL LICENSING BOARD OF INDIANA

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Medical Licensing Board of Indiana intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 844 IAC 5-9 to establish criteria for approval of locations, which provide a health care service described in IC 34-30-13-1.2, eligible to be placed on the electronic health care volunteer registry. Public comments are invited and may be directed to the Medical Licensing Board of Indiana: Darren R. Covington, J.D., Director, 402 West Washington Street, Room W072, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204 or by e-mail to dcovington@pla.in.gov. Statutory authority: IC 25-14.3-2-1; IC 25-22.5-2-7.

Resources available to regulated entities through the small business ombudsman include the ombudsman's duties stated in IC 4-4-35-8, specifically IC 4-4-35-8(9), investigating and attempting to resolve any matter regarding compliance by a small business with a law, rule, or policy administered by a state agency, either as a party to a proceeding or as a mediator.
