IC 4-22-2.1-5 Statement Concerning Rules Affecting Small Businesses
The Indiana State Board Health Facility Administrators (board) has determined that this proposed rule will impose no requirements or any additional costs on small businesses. This rule change will amend Title 840 of the Indiana Administrative Code to introduce an approved training center and approved preceptors to train interns in a board approved training center. This rule expedites the licensing requirement and does not impose costs on small businesses.
