IC 4-22-2-24, notice is hereby given that on October 26, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. (EDT), at the Indiana Department of Education, Riley Conference Room, 115 West Washington Street, South Tower, Suite 600, Indianapolis, Indiana;
AND on November 2, 2015, at 3:00 p.m. (CDT), in the Catholic Center Pastoral Center, 4200 North Kentucky Avenue, Evansville, Indiana;
AND on November 3, 2015, at 4:00 p.m. (EDT), at St. Joseph High School, Door A, 453 North Notre Dame Avenue, South Bend, Indiana; the Department of Education will hold public hearings on proposed changes to Title 512 of the Indiana Administrative Code to amend the following:
512 IAC 4-1-1 to add definitions for applicants, dual enrollment, and siblings;
512 IAC 4-1-2 to add provisions regarding, and requirements for, eligible school applications;
512 IAC 4-1-3 to add provisions regarding, and requirements for, eligible choice scholarship students;
512 IAC 4-1-4 to make technical changes regarding the distribution of choice scholarships;
512 IAC 4-1-5 to add provisions regarding prorated scholarships and reporting requirements for eligible schools and to add the following:
512 IAC 4-1-3.1 to add provisions regarding, and requirements for, choice scholarship eligibility;
512 IAC 4-1-3.2 to add provisions regarding, and
requirements for, eligible school tuition and fees;
512 IAC 4-1-3.3 to add provisions regarding determining choice scholarship amounts;
512 IAC 4-1-6 to add provisions regarding consequences for eligible schools in lowest performance categories;
512 IAC 4-1-7 to add provisions and requirements regarding suspending or terminating a school's eligibility under
512 IAC 4; and
512 IAC 4-1-8 to add requirements for maintaining records and documents.
