TITLE 905 ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO COMMISSION

Under IC 4-22-2-23, the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission intends to adopt a rule concerning the following:

OVERVIEW: Adds 905 IAC 1-48 to establish and implement regulations for licensing the manufacture, distribution, and sale of e-liquid. It establishes minimum eligibility requirements for testing e-liquids. Questions and comments concerning the proposed rule may be sent to Jessica Allen, Commission Counsel, Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission, Indiana Government Center South, 302 West Washington Street, Room E114, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204 or by electronic mail to ATC-Rules@atc.in.gov. Statutory authority: IC 7.1-2-3-7.
